Candy Spain S.A., situated in the town of Hellín, 50 km from Albacete, commenced its production and commercial activities in 1990. Since then it has consolidated its position as the leading industry in the province, covering an area of 55,000 m2 of which 20,000 m2 are dedicated to the production of one of the most extensive range of products in the market: Chewing gum, Jellies, Licorice, Marshmallows, Lollipops and Soft chews. Our product development strategies are the most effective and innovative in the market not only with respect to the diversity of product families and formats which our range offers, but also in design, presentation, packaging and flavours. 30 countries and we have a production capacity of 20,000 T. a year. Candy Spain maintains an ongoing programme of investment and is constantly looking at ways of utilising new technologies and increasing production capacity. Quality has been a major priority from the beginning – indeed our company was the first in its sector to obtain the Company Certificate Aenor for its Sistem Regulation ISO 9001. We also count with the Certification of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) at its highest level.
